美国军方希望通过美国第621应急响应联队（621st）、空军装备司令部（AFMC）、华盛顿空军基地（AFDW）、空军特种作战司令部（AFSOC）、空中机动司令部（AMC）、空军全球打击司令部（GSC）、海岸警卫队（USCG）和海军陆战队（USMC）等10个组织确定的66个军用案例，基于840个具体场景开展任务模拟研究，进一步识别eVTOL在军事应用中的价值潜力。
